We do not make any compromises in quality when securing data. At transtec you are sure to receive all cartridges direct from the manufacturer in the original packaging - guaranteed! In addition to this, we only use cartridges from tape drive manufacturers such as Quantum, HP or Sony, as well as from the leading manufacturer of computer storage media - Fuji Magnetics. In the event you receive faulty or damaged media, we will replace it quickly in the first six months, without having to go through the usual bureaucratic treadmill.
