Data backup is possible on all storage levels from a primary storage system to archiving media, the lifecycle is managed and can be restored quickly and exactly via a standard interface on each storage level. The Time Navigator protects data via heterogeneous environments and different storage architectures - including DAS, NAS, SAN and IP storage. Its remote management features allow complete data backup and restore from any location. With the help of “Synthetic Backup” technology, backup frames are significantly reduced as complete data storage can be restored offline with incremental backups. The "time navigation" option provides users single file access at any time. True image restores offer a full view of file directories for fast and easy selection of data to be restored.
