In addition to the ratification of the supervisory board and management board and the appointment of an independent auditor for the company and the group, a share buyback program was authorised. Shareholders also approved modifications in previous resolutions and approved new articles of corporation. These changes had become necessary due to the accreditation for the trading of transtec shares on the Baden-Wurttemberg stock exchange coupled with the ending of accreditation for the Frankfurt exchange.
