transtec price rise expected

According to the experts of "Markus Frick Inside", the price of transtec AG shares (ISIN DE0007241424/ WKN 724142), is expected to rise further.

In spring, Bernhard Bruscha, transtec’s head of the supervisory board, strongly increased his stake in the company. With about 75% of the same, he already is the dominant majority shareholder. Bruscha continues to believe in his company which he founded from scratch, 25 years ago. The first subsidiary was opened in Switzerland in 1985. To date, five international associated companies have been founded in Austria, Great Britain, France, the Netherlands and Belgium. In the mid 80s, precisely in 1987, transtec started its own manufacturing. The first computers came out of the company’s own production line. Today, 45,000 systems, all tailored to suit various customer needs, leave production halls every year.

Painful restructuring measures together with strategic corrections in mid 2004 are now bearing fruit. Through innovations in research and development accompanied by targeted efforts in support and quality assurance, transtec has laid the fundament for a turnaround. transtec remains very well positioned in the growing market of companies with 10 to 800 employees. The company’s strategic orientation is supported by favourable forecasts. After stagnating for a couple of weeks, the transtec share has started soaring upwards.

The experts of "Markus Frick Inside" expect the price of transtec AG shares to rise further. The long term price target has been raised to EUR 8.20.
