The analysts of AC Research recommend to "accumulate" the stock of transtec (ISIN DE0007241424/ WKN 723142).
The analysts claimed that transtec, the supplier of storage solutions for UNIX and Windows-based computer systems, and GrenkeLeasing, a provider of IT-leasing services, had agreed upon a cooperation. Transtec was going to offer its customers financial services via GrenkeLeasing. With this cooperation, transtec responded to the growing demand for financial services within the IT sector.
According to the analysts of AC Research, this cooperation with GrenkeLeasing was considered reasonable for transtec as more and more integrated financial offerings were developed for the IT segment. Leasing services in particular had become very popular. Based on this, transtec was now able to offer attractive financing conditions, opening up the way for generating new business activities.
At the current share price of 4.95 euro, market capitalization of transtec accounted fo r almost 19 million euro. The analysts of AC Research thus considered the stock rather moderately valued. The products had become even more attractive to customers due the possibility of financing acquisitions simultaneously. This should help to stimulate new activities significantly within the coming months.
