Over the past twenty-five years transtec has made a name for itself as a German provider of servers, systems, storage products as well as cluster- and SAN-solutions. The experience collected during this quarter of a century has shaped the way we do business and how we manufacture our systems. transtec products are based on the latest technologies and are designed to provide the performance and reliability needed for a secure computing future.

transtec products can be configured to meet the special needs of customers, making them the IT equivalent of a custom-tailored suit. The same is true of our service offerings, as reflected in wide-ranging service levels that allow customers to select the type of service best suited for their needs.

transtec is a single source for consultation, hardware and service. Our pre-sales personnel are knowledgeable in all areas of business. Our aim is to create long-term partnerships with our customers and to this end we place the highest emphasis on customer satisfaction. We accompany customers through all phases of procurement, from pre-sales advice, to adapting hardware and software to specific needs to installation and on-site consultation.

International presence

The joint European market has been a reality for transtec for several years now: In addition to its headquarters in Tübingen, Germany, transtec’s subsidiaries in Great Britain, France, Belgium, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Austria are bulwarks of the company. While transtec’s customers include a number of large companies, European universities and research institutes make up a big part of the customer base. They have come to appreciate our personalised consultation and the reliability of our products.

In recent years we have enjoyed increasing popularity with medium-sized companies. Perhaps this is because transtec is itself a medium-sized company and therefore understands the particular needs of this branch.
