Bronze: 3-year on-site service, next business day, for
transtec PCs valid from delivery date.
The on-site service includes fault analysis and diagnosis
by telephone within 8 hours of reporting the fault as well
as supply, delivery and installation of required spare
parts and on-site hardware troubleshooting.
If on-site troubleshooting is required, a transtec service
specialist or an authorised transtec service partner will
be on site within one business day of notifying transtec of
a hardware defect. Travel expenses are included in the
price. The scope of this service includes the system itself
and all internally installed original options.
The service is available during business times from Monday
to Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Entitlement to the
above mentioned service is from the date of registration of
the service pack immediately after delivery.
